Blue Suite Parking lot is located on the South side of NRG Stadium and can be accessed through Gate 9 off of Westridge and Kirby Drive, OR through Gate 4 off of North Stadium Dr. and Fannin. 1. Where is Blue/Green Suite Parking located?
2. Can I enter through the East and West VIP gates?
Yes, anyone with a suite ticket can gain access into the stadium through both the East and West VIP gates. These gates will open two hours prior to kickoff.
3. How early can I enter the stadium before kickoff?/What time do the premium gates open?
Premium gates open two hours prior to kickoff of the game.
4. How long after the game has ended can I stay in my suite?
Luxe Members and their guests are welcome to stay in their suite up to an hour after the game has ended.
5. How do I order food for my suite?
If you are a guest in the suite, please contact your suite host to confirm the order for the upcoming game. If you are the suite owner and would like to place a food order, please contact Aramark at 832-667-2507.
6. I have guests that smoke, where can they smoke?
There are smoking terraces available on the Verizon Club level, or guests are permitted to smoke on the walking ramps on all four corners of NRG Stadium.
7. Are there TV’s in the Texans suites?
Yes, all Houston Texans Suites are equipped with multiple HD television for the viewing pleasure of our Luxe Members and their valued guests with NFL RedZone included.
8. If I am a suite holder, do I have access to the Club Levels?
Yes, all guests with a suite ticket are given access to both Verizon East and West Clubs throughout the duration of Texans Gameday.
9. Is the Clear Bag Policy in effect for suite guests?
Yes, the Clear Bag Policy is in effect for all guests entering NRG Stadium.

10. Are children allowed in the suite?
All children two years and older require a ticket to enter the stadium. This includes the suite. Please confirm with your suite host if children are allowed in the suite you are attending.
11. Where is valet parking?
The two pickup and drop off locations for Valet Parking are located on Kirby Drive in front of the Verizon West Club Entrance and in front of NRG Center.
12. How do I access the Sideline Seats?
Take the elevators or escalators to the West and East Verizon Club VIP lobbies on the Service Level. Here, you will find a sideline seat host to escort you to your Sideline Experience seats.
13. Where is the store inside NRG Stadium?
The Houston Texans Team Shop is located inside Bud Light Plaza to the left of Will Call. There are temporary merchandise booths spread throughout all concourses with two permanent locations behind Section 119 which includes the Battle Red Boutique. 14. How can I purchase a suite?
To purchase a suite, please visit the Houston Texans LUXE website at https://houstontexansluxe.com/ or call our Suites line at 832-667-2299 to speak with one of our Business Development Managers.
15. Are suites available for other games and events inside NRG Stadium?
Yes, suites are available to be purchased for all events at NRG Stadium. This includes NCAA Football games, soccer games, concerts, etc. If you are interested in purchasing a suite for one or more of these events, please contact our sales team at 832-667-2390. For Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo Suites, please contact them at 832-667-1000.
16. Do you have wheelchairs inside the stadium that I can use to be transported to a suite?
Complimentary wheelchair service is available for guests requiring one. Guests can receive a complimentary wheelchair escort to and from their seats or other areas within the stadium. To request a wheelchair escort, guests can notify a representative upon entry or text our gameday textline at 832-241-0202.
17. How can I take a picture with a cheerleader?
Cheerleaders are on a schedule where they will walk the BMW Suites levels throughout Texans Gameday. If you would like to schedule Houston Texans Cheerleaders to visit your suite, please contact Shari Rainey at 832-667-2135 prior to the day of the game.
18. Do you have former NFL player appearances?
Houston Texans Ambassadors do several appearances around the stadium on Gamedays. Unfortunately, they do not visit specific suites. However, you can catch them in the Verizon Clubs on the 3rd level sidelines doing autograph signings, photo-ops, etc.
19. What is the dress code for the suites?
There is no required dress code on the any of the suite levels in NRG Stadium.
